I am new to this process. Where do I begin?
- You may start by submitting a request for a free quote via our website, email us directly or you may call 877.503.8486 and communicate with us the type, size, quantity and any design ideas for your lapel pins.
What if I don't have any artwork?
- No problem whatsoever. We have talented and trained lapel pin artists on staff who are employed for this very reason. All we need from you are some ideas as to what you desire to see on your pin and from there we can handle the rest. Sometimes our artists get your design right the first time and other times it may take a few rounds of revisions to achieve what you want to see in the end product. Unlike some of our other competitor's we DO NOT ask for any kind of deposit up front in order to produce artwork for you. This is a service we offer at no charge to you. We're that confident in our team's ability to produce exactly what you want as well as in our low pricing that you will not want to buy elsewhere.
How much do you charge for artwork? For shipping?
- Both artwork services and shipping are absolutely FREE.
How long will it take to receive my pins?
- From the time you approve your artwork you may expect to see your pins within 10-14 days.
What is your minimum order?
- Our minimum order is for 100pcs.
Will I be able to see what my pin will look like before production?
- Yes. We will provide at no expense to you a full-color digital mock-up for your approval. This mock-up will include an artist's rendering of what your pin may look like as well as a break down of colors used in your design.
How many revisions can I make to my artwork?
- You may request as many revisions as needed until you are satisfied with what you see.
How can I place my order?
- Once you have provided written approval of your design you may place your order via phone or email.
How do I contact your customer service department?

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
- Only Georgia Residents are subject to sales tax. All others pay no tax or any other charges!
Do I have the ability to track my order?
- YES! We will email you your tracking number the same day your pins ship.
